I do not like to yell at others and I try to keep my cool no matter how bad a situation may be and unlike most people I don't do the “break down” when I am affected negatively. I was a Senior admin on a American Revolutionary war server called Goliad Gaming. (now dead) I was a Senior moderator on a HyperLane networks witch was a Clone wars rp (now dead). (now dead) I was a Chief of staff on a old Jedi VS Sith server (now dead) and last of all I was a Admin on a Combine RP until I left because of how disrespectful the oOwners became.  Why do you want to be staff? (7 Sentences Min): I honestly feel that the server can use better staff who are active available and not as mingy as some I have seen. I think that I can be a great roll model for other staff and show them how to properly use the powers bestowed apon staff and how to avoid inappropriate player contact. While properly stating rules to players who are breaking them without disturbing those who are not. I do not mean to offend anyone but the current staff team can most definitely use some help. If so, list their names: No, none have I am making this app of my own will with no outside influence.  What is team killing?: Team killing is that annoying thing players do when they are not in the same party and try to kill a target that both members of the group are targeting and then one member goes ahead and kills their partner/ally.  What is mass team killing? What must happen for team-killing to be considered mass?: Mass team killing is when a player slaughters their entire team again and again. Its considered mass when either they have killed multiple people of their team multiple times.  What is RDM, RDA, and FAILRP? (Use / or , to separate):RDM is when a player begins a Random Death Match with another. It is considered Random when the players killing kills with no back up reason or proof for reason whats so ever. RDA is when a player Randomly arrests another player, these are things that should not be done since it brings chaos =13pxto the system and can be very harmful to the rp as well as general gameplay.  FailRP is when someone does something in the rp aspect of the game that break the rp or in other words Fails the rp. [u][b]Part 3, Scenarios[/b][/u] [b]*Walk us through every step*[/b] Say someone RDM's and you are off-duty. How do you handle this? Walk us through every step: I leave my game roll, cloak my self then I god my self change my name to Phoenix on Duty. I would go into a private area where then I would !bring the player to me. I speak to them and explain what they did was wrong and make sure they understand the rules before sending them back to their origin point.  Someone in chat is typing in OOC "ADMIN TO ME ADMIN TO ME" and claims someone RDM'd him what do you do?: I would make sure that I on duty then bring them to a private area. I would see what the player has to say see if it matches up with logs and deal the necessary punishments needed.  Bill claims Joe is hacking using ESP. What do you do?: I speak to them that I will look into it then I speak to one of the high staff about the report, before doing so I would ask Bill if he had any proof. Once I spoke to High staff I see what they would have me do from there.  Elsa claims that a player is damaging her, but they say she is just hurting herself to falsely get them in trouble. How do you authenticate this?: I check logs and then pull over who ever is lying and speak to them accordingly. If its elsa I would tell her to let it go (pun intended) and tell her to not waist staff time with these games. If its the player I would pull them over and make sure they understand the rules. A staff member the same rank as you is breaking basic RP rules. What do you do?: Report it to higher ranking staff or owners  (if its really bad) and explain the situation.  Donald is kicked by anti-cheat twice, then returns and cheats using a third party program what do you do?: I ban him and report the reason as Kicked by anti-cheat twice attempted to cheat another time.  Hillary is banned, and returns with an alternate account what course of action do you take?: If I have proper evidence that this is her alternate account then I would rein state the ban and if I can (ip ban) and add attempting to avoid staff punishment.  Pek joins the server and starts minging, you get multiple complaints from him. What do you do?: I would pull him over and speak to him about his behaviour, if he continues to minge I would kick him and follow proper punishment procedures so on and so forth.  Mr. Valk creates a thread requesting to be unbanned, even though he threatened to DDOS the server. Explain what would happen if you could accept/deny apps: I would politly deny his application and explain why his application was denied and at the end say "sorry but the decision is final, thank your for cooperation and have a nice day" then speak to the owners about the situation.  Jinx nukes the server and bans 4 players without reason: Immediately perma ban him bring it to high staff's attention and or owners and see what steps must be taken.  Skyler, the server dev is abusing because he thinks he's untouchable. You are the only staff member on. What is your course of action?: Bring the problem straight to the owners with evidence and see what they would do. Your best friend joins the server, he joins, becomes whitelisted and then murders everyone in sight. What would you do knowing if you ban him your friendship with him is over?: heh I don't have friends and if I did rules are rules, I have had many friends do things such as that thinking I would do nothing about it but I will ban them if they are attempting to harm something I am working for.  [b][u]Part 4, Final thoughts[/u] *Be honest with these questions, they mainly count for completion*[/b] In your opinion, was this application too long, too short, or just right?: I thought it was long yes, however it did go into important details any staff aplication should go through.
